      Pros

      Decent benefit package. Some good people to work with.

      Cons

      The annual raises are pitiful. They say they pay for performance, however everyone I know gets 2-3% raises (this includes top performers). Inflation is over 7% and the company brags about how awesome we do. Also, the bonus target % is very low. A target of 5% doesn't really make you want to over achieve.

      Pros

      Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

      Cons

      Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.
