      This is a company where everyone rolls up their sleeves and works together while building something great. If you're looking for a job where everything is handed to you and you just want to clock in and out, this may not be the environment for you.

      Pros

      Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

      Cons

      Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.
