Pros

Managers and coworkers are amazing, I love being able to talk with them and share my thoughts with them, especially when I first started Pay is decent for the area Lots of Benefits good health insurance

Cons

We have had an unsupported boom in business and although we have made a lot of money our processes have suffered greatly, we have processing times for customers that are laughably long compared to our competition and instead of trying to deal with it at a systemic level it feels like they are trying to crush the results out of their employees piling on more responsibilities and expectations. I also see as time goes on my voice matters less and less and I have seen morale crash in my department

Pros

Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

Cons

Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.

We recognize that diversity has historically been an issue in our industry. However, if you look at our corporate board, we're actively working to diversify and will continue to make sure we consider all aspects. We will always focus on adding the most qualified talent to all of our roles across the entire organization. If you would like to connect further regarding this, I would welcome the opportunity to talk. - Michael Veilleux, Chief People Officer
