Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing our commitment to our students. The Office of Human Resources is always looking to improve and streamline our review processes and acquired this new software to add depth and efficiency to our review cycles in time for FY18 review cycle. Annual reviews are conducted based on our fiscal year which runs from July to June. While we welcome the opportunity to address salary questions, it might be better to do so on an individual basis, since there are many factors that go into these decisions.
