Low pay, HR and admins dismissive of employee concerns, unethical HR practices, VPs only care about budget lines and have inability to think broadly and critically. VPs are narrow sighted and arrogant. People across the university are generally miserable and difficult to work with - no one wants to take ownership or responsibility. I imagine this review will generate the automatic HR response of "taking these comments seriously" and "regret the negative feelings", however, this shouldn't come as a surprise to them and nothing was done to address the concerns when it mattered.
