Pros
- You can definitely have a nice and talented team of people. If you're lucky like me you will enjoy working with them. - Some leadership can be very laid back. - Eddie, the new Provost, is doing a great job actually listening to staff!
Cons
- low pay and unethical, unequal payment practices. - mid management is fleeing at an alarming rate due to a lack of appreciation - very little career opportunities for mid-management, even when you have the skills to advance the organization. - conspiracy among some staff and often people who end up backstabbing you. - resentfulness of people who leave.
