Pros
Great benefits, the employees at my campus were awesome to work with, lots of sick time, paid time off over the holidays. I recommend this job if you live with someone who will pay the bills while you get your bachelors degree.
Cons
There is a max exodus going on right now and I have seen so many people leave. People have told me they feel like the environment is akin to a "For-Profit University Disguised As A Non-Profit" and I feel that there is a huge disconnect between upper management management and the student-facing employees. The pay is laughable compared to other Universities and do NOT expect a raise or a chance to move up. Management made it clear that there was no way for me to move up and once I was told this I left. Sad because I really cared about the students and I took pride in being able to help others succeed.
