Pros

- Pay w/ over time - Benefits - Remote work/ all tech equipment included

Cons

NU is an online school. They are not great with the quality of education. The call cente/EA job is basically selling programs to students who most of time are reluctant. They keep leads that are years old so when you call the student, they are like why are you calling me. NU has discounts and partnerships to make school cheaper for students, that's great and all, but that also has to tell you something about the quality. If I call you and I saw we have a discount for you that is kind of strange. In my mind. I personally have my BA and getting my masters both from state schools, neither have discounts, but lots of other ways to make education cheaper. You have goals of about 10-15 admits a month. Heavy for someone who is not good at sales. They push you on dials no matter what your talk time is. It is a call center. Good Luck! OH BTW my former director and manager was a former collections agent. That should tell you something...

Pros

The University has taken tangible and meaningful steps toward fulfilling its mission in an increasingly thoughtful and responsible way. There is a genuine commitment among leaders to collaborate more effectively and work together in support of shared goals. The 403(b) match is an outstanding benefit, and the PTO/sick leave offerings are equally strong and greatly appreciated.

Cons

One ongoing challenge is the imbalance between the volume of work and the number of people available to support it. Teams are highly committed, but workloads can at times exceed current staffing capacity.
