1. Fellow co-workers are great to work with. 2. Some managers are very good at their jobs. 3. Flexible hours.

Cons

1. Low pay for staff. 2. Low salary. 3. No advancement opportunities outside admissions. 4. Most full time staff members have part time jobs because pay is so low. 5. They never keep their promises. 6. High turn over rate.

Pros

The University has taken tangible and meaningful steps toward fulfilling its mission in an increasingly thoughtful and responsible way. There is a genuine commitment among leaders to collaborate more effectively and work together in support of shared goals. The 403(b) match is an outstanding benefit, and the PTO/sick leave offerings are equally strong and greatly appreciated.

Cons

One ongoing challenge is the imbalance between the volume of work and the number of people available to support it. Teams are highly committed, but workloads can at times exceed current staffing capacity.
