Pros
Free bachelors degree when full time after the six month grace period which is about $63,000 in savings. Easy to move around to different departments to gain different experiences. Health insurance is very cheap and decent company match on 403 b.
Cons
They pay is terrible wherever you go unless you're working as the chancellor. Speaking of the chancellor he's running the place like a for profit institution and is only concerned about getting students enrolled but can't figure out how to make them stay. The financial aid undergraduate students receive is a joke and a lot of students will take out private loans just to get through their first year. The chancellor is currently preaching about the "exceptional student experience" and staff if unable to do so do to the high turnover rate within the Office of the Registrar due to low wages and no formal trainings provided.
