      Pros

      There are so many good people at National Vision who believe in the company's vision and mission - and they live up to those values every day. Too bad the new leadership team doesn't care about that at all.

      Cons

      Too bad the new leadership is more concerned about stock prices and not the customer experience (or the associate experience). Annual "layoff events" occur to help the bottom line - so anyone with tenure should be wary.

      Pros

      A lot of knowledge learned. Scheduled around school schedule. Fun enviroment with lots to do.

      Cons

      Saturdays and sometimes hours were slim during slow seasons.
