Ineffective Management/Money-Driven - Clinical Supervisor National Youth Advocate Program Employee Review

Regional Managers are bachelor-level, non-clinical, figure heads and lack strong leadership skills. Local offices can be very "cliquey". Regional Managers do not support Clinical Supervisors and often override their decisions when a decision impacts part of their clique. Several HIPAA violations were observed.
