Good transitional position - Licensing Coordinator National Youth Advocate Program Employee Review

Management is always changing, the policies are always changing and up in the air. It is difficult to work with management to advocate for foster parents and their needs. Managers promote their close co-workers or friends and the opportunity for growth is stagnated by the inability to interview for open positions. I would say being very vocal about wants and needs and self advocacy are musts.
