Pros

There are a lot of opportunities if you are motivated. For advancement, learning, trainings...etc.

Cons

They have a bank for all paid time off that you accumulate and mandatory holidays that take hours out of that bank. So for example, if you work outpatient at a clinic, you will lose 16 PTO hours if your clinic is closed for Thanksgiving and the day after. Noone is happy about this but upper management claims it's necessary to pay for our "benefits."

Pros

Life insurance. Pto, 401k and short term and long term disability available.

Cons

Pto includes holiday vacation and sick time. No room for advancement up can however move to another department if they accept you and you are in good standing in your department. Work life balance
