Pros

-Pay compared to rest of Columbus hospitals is pretty good -Very beautiful facility -Get to work with latest technology

Cons

-IS department is stretched thin -Required to take PTO for holidays you are working or on-call during -Rarely hand out comp time -No work from home opportunities -Expected to put in 50-60 hour work weeks on top of being on-call -You are never "off work" -They need more project managers for the amount of internal work that is being done -Offer formal project management classes if you expect regular analysts to manage large Epic projects -No growth or career development
