      Co-workers are nice and they adhere to agile practices for the most part.

      Cons

      Impossible to get a promotion based on performance. Way easier to just switch to a different higher position (external job, not internal).

      Remote work options, decent health options for eyes and dental, 401k match, basic communication

      Cons

      will micro manage you in certain roles, health insurance isnt great, will look at short term trends in performance over the long term.
