Outdated and poorly designed software and network create a great amount of difficulty in performing basic job functions. When a question needs answered you will receive five different answers. Low pay. The agents are rude and uneducated as to Nationwide protocol. Most phone calls are customers calling to cancel due to rate increases.

will micro manage you in certain roles, health insurance isnt great, will look at short term trends in performance over the long term.
