      Cons

      Managenent does not focus on profitability but perception. They keep bad business on the books because they aren't willing to lose the premium. No underwriting authority. Management does not back their UWs.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
