      Unmanageable claims handling expectations-must work in your off hours just to keep your head above water. New workflows added that aren’t thought out, no level playing field in claims among associates.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
