      None....!! I can't think of one pro

      Cons

      This company is the laughing stock of the industry. The company treats it's employees like crap. I have never seen anything like this in my life. Most workers I know are looking to get out. Company is laying off people left and right.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
