Pros

There are no pros to this "job"

Cons

This job doesn't care about you. Their return to office procedure is a joke. I'm forced to decide between seeing my mother while she goes through chemotherapy or being forced go into the office because its "mission critical" that I waste time/money/gas to go sit in a petri dish downtown when working from home has proven to work. I know for a FACT that they have permanent work from home employees, but they choose to be completely obtuse and needlessly rigid. Don't give nationwide your time. This company is evil. Columbus would be better off without it. And especially don't go through Innosource, because they're completely braindead.

Pros

-For the most part, the people you work with are good people. Made real lifelong friends and mentors. -As with all large companies, there are plenty of opportunities to advance and/or move around if something isn't a good fit. -One of the rare places still offering a pention

Cons

-Office politics promote plenty of people who don't deserve it and the teams happiness is highly dependent upon who you end up reporting to -WAY too much false urgency created by bad leaders -Big company means slow moving in all the stuff you want to go fast. Often times too many cooks in the kitchen
