      Great company culture to learn and grow. Willingness of team members to teach. Clear, reasonable expectations. Fun, friendly place to be

      Cons

      Since it's a larger, older company, lots of bureaucracy and some out-dated tech remains. Seems like they're shifting to get rid of it, however.

      Pros

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
