      Pros

      They have a good cafeteria.

      Cons

      I have never seen such cronyism, backstabbing, or fake people in any other corporate job. Contracts over 1M just awarded to friends of executives regardless of the quality of the solution. CEO also wore a MAGA hat to an annual event. I also saw racism in action.

      Pros

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
