Pros
Great benefits, Great culture, Pay is above avaerage, plenty of opportunity to move up, tons of overtime offered for certain positions, ability to work remotely As long as you are on task and are improving the quality of your service daily you won’t hear from management, so virtually no micro managers. Also definitely the best training I have ever experienced for any company.
Cons
Work life balance Although I am working remotely the shift I work is pretty much all day and I don’t really have time to do much outside of work besides my two off days. You have to be careful with your time and absences because occurrences are easy to acquire. Workload and call volume is heavy most days and supervisors are often too busy to assist entry level workers.
