There is potential to work from home and great benefits.
Cons
Low pay and excessive amount of work. The company got rid of legal secretaries so paralegals have assumed legal secretary tasks without additional pay. They are working towards a 1 attorney to 1 paralegal model but never got there due to a revolving door of attorneys and staff.
