Pros
Absolutely loved my manager. They were straightforward but I felt had our teams back. They did a great job making the remote job feel less like an island and more like we were all together in one place.
Cons
The nature of my position required same day processing. Meaning the hours were 9 - ??. Only 45 minute lunches but you had 10 min breaks x 2. Unfortunately, that leaves little time to get anything done.
