      Work/ life balance Nice people

      Cons

      Salary is 10%-15% below market rate, even though HR says they’re competitive. Lack of defined role swim lanes and strategy, kind of make it up as you go mentality I believe it is a sinking ship

      Remote work options, decent health options for eyes and dental, 401k match, basic communication

      Cons

      will micro manage you in certain roles, health insurance isnt great, will look at short term trends in performance over the long term.
