Pros
The leaders actually care about their employees as well as their customers. Work/life balance is the best I’ve experienced in a long time. Very healthy work environment.
Cons
The biggest complaint I’ve had with Nationwide is the training was pretty weak, which created a steep learning curve and a lot of growing pains in the beginning.
