      Remote work is the only plus

      Literally no opportunities, and to move up, you must be a manager's favorite and be willing to do the job you are hoping to get for 6 months before you get the actual title and raise. Pay very low.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
