If you like collecting a check, and doing no work, then this is the company for you. 1 task per week, then relax. Promotion once your salary increases to top of pay band then they are forced to. Went to HR after 3 months and asked to move. They refused and played it off because I am a white. High insurance premiums. No bonus. Get a job with someone who cares about development.
