      Love the culture and super flexible PTO.

      Cons

      Make sure you get a good starting salary, budget has been low for a large amount of teams recently so you're competing with everyone for who gets the raise above 3%.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
