      Fast paced, uncapped commission (some good leadership)

      Cons

      Constantly cutting opportunities for employees, shutting down carriers, limiting sales opportunities. Very political, it doesn’t matter how good you are if your manager doesn’t like you.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
