Pros

You could move up fast, because no one sticks around.

Cons

1. It's in Holbrook & the only place worth living is 45 minutes away. 2. Upper management has no respect for people actually doing the work. 3. Raises are distributed amongst upper mgmt while everyone else is told there will be no raises. 4. Be prepared for underhanded rednecks who would do anything to get ahead. 5. Policy is if you don't like it, "There's the door, or there's the door. 6. Be advised that mgmt will dangle a job offer in front of you that seems to good to be true only to have it given to unqualified Mormons who's only qualification is that they've returned from their mission when before they left they worked at Taco Bell & know their an accountant? 7. I worked here for 2.5 years & never got a single review.

Pros

The Navajo County leadership are dedicated public servants who have created an environment where employees feel valued and have access to learning and support.

Cons

The remoteness of the location can present challenges, particularly for families with young children.

Pros

Benefits are good. Some managers are knowledgeable and care.

Cons

Horrible location. The main offices are located in Holbrook AZ which is an hour or more drive from larger communities where the majority of qualified applicants reside. All employees are not given equal privileges. There is a high level of nepotism.
