Pros
Working level people are knowledgeable, friendly, and motivated. For the most part, people seemed to take pride in their work and it was sort of a large family.
Cons
Management was horrible, had their favorite "good ol' boys club" and there were very few people in it. They also maintained their black list of people who questioned anything, and would block promotions and bonuses and leave requests as they deemed fit. As a result, managers are afraid to go against the grain or do anything other than nod their head at the previous executive director.
