- Appropriate salary for Portugal, 37.5 h / week, nice benefits, private health, etc. - Good environment to work in, liked the tone of voice and management, and never felt to pressured, yet challenged - Top HR, never had any issues with payments, and so on

Cons

- Sometimes IT handling within platform and internal support was really poor, too many bugs and clients got really frustrated because of this - When its high volume, you better not be there

notice of sick time usage for it to count as Excused Absence, the ability to trade shifts as all U.S. based workers work Monday thru Friday with the earliest shist starting at 8 am and the latest starting at 12 pm CST
