Great culture, pay, perks, amazing PMF

Compensation is really good. Product is also great.

- Management is embarrassing, immature and egotistical. A quick google search can give you a good idea as to the backgrounds of a few of them. Being a newly public company, I hope the Board finally replaces current management with adults. Middle management also keeps there mouths shut and jump when mgmt says jump and have sold their souls. - No performance evals and little feedback which enables company to get rid of people on the spot with little documentation to get around any legal issues; leads to high turnover. -I want this Company to be great, and it can be, but a lot has got to change for long-term success to happen.
