Pros

You may meet and work with nice and intelligent people on the analyst level

Cons

If you are a frat-boy type white guy, you would love this place. People work here for years and get no recognition whatsoever, while loud obnoxious white guys who suck up to the equally obnoxious CEO get ahead easily. Most employees view this as a temporary stepping stone that gets them somewhere better. There is zero job security and they can throw you out whenever they feel like it. One of the decent enough managers got almost fired because he could not put up with the acts of a couple of the CEOs pets. It was embarrassing and I hated being part of a company that has such a negative culture. Also being a man of color, you always get treated like a stupid "native" even if you are smarter and have better qualifications than any of the higher ups. But at least I am not a woman! I am ashamed of how my female coworkers are treated, especially by some of the resource managers. If have a nickle for every time one of them got called "emotional" for expressing a valid, work-related point, not to mention how much less they get paid.

Pros

As has been enumerated by my colleagues ad naseum, the analysts on the floor are an incrediblly talented, bright and motivated bunch. It was a tremendous honor to work with many of the brightest minds in the field. I will be the first to claim that I am deeply indebted to Navanti for the excellent training I received and I highly recommend it to anybody who is attempting to break into the analytical field. It is indeed intense and fast paced, but I promise it will prepare you well for whatever path you ultimately decide upon.

Cons

However, I take umbrage at the recent batch of reviews that have written off our legitimate concerns and gripes as the rantings of lying trolls. You are of course entitled to your opinion, but you are also very much mistaken if you think that everyone at that company is treated with equal respect. The anger is real. The racism is real. I can personally vouch for the rampant and ongoing sexism. For many of your current and formal employees, the environment continues to be toxic.
