      There isn’t any - just avoid

      Poor management, unrealistic expectations, no real HR department as the manager is the CEO’s partner so good luck with that. This place has the kind of environment where is frowned upon if you have a sick day, some members of management don’t actually have ANY people skills and like to make people feel small. If you are looking for a job that makes you feel like to the will to live has been sucked out of your body everyday, then this is the place for you!

We do pride ourselves on recruiting people with little to no sales experience and developing them into successful recruitment consultants and we have a huge amount of success stories, which we are truly proud of. We feel our training and development is one of the things that sets us apart part. We also fully appreciate that it is a tough job, that requires a lot of determination, focus and dedication and due to this, some people that join find that it’s not the right role for them… which is common in recruitment.
