I love my nurse manager and the way she has built a team to work together and support each other. Having the flexibility to schedule patient visits when it works for me and the patient allows work/life balance. Naven is intentional about recognizing work effort and rewarding nursing staff for work well done. I am proud that we take the best care of our patients by working together across roles and departments. Everyone has been wonderful to work with.
