Pros
I enjoy the autonomy and flexibility this role allows me to have. The Naven Health team is very supportive and always providing educational opportunities to learn and grow. The patients are always very welcoming and appreciative of our services. Consistency, respect, and empathy is something that I encompass, and Naven Health allows me to fulfill this. It is important as a nurse to have these qualities, it makes my job more fulfilling and the patients are content as well. Providing home infusion services to patients have been a game changer, patients are happy that they have the option to get their infusion in the comfort of their own home. The hospital can be a bit stressful, and patients have expressed to me how relieved they are to see the nurses come to their home.
Cons
There is no cons at the moment, but the only thing I will like to see more improvement on, is the communication between pharmacy, the patients, and the nurses.
