Pros
Communication with management is seamless, quick and efficient. They have Regional Nurse Managers that are there to answer and assist quickly. Scheduling and documentation is all paperless. Everyone I've been in contact with at Naven Health has been professional, kind, efficient, knowledgeable and appreciative of me as a Home Infusion Nurse. There is no call, weekends or holidays required. Compensation is highly competitive.
Cons
Lack of hours can be difficult. No guaranteed hours or cases. Cancellations=zero pay. Patients report difficulty contacting pharmacy.
