Customer Service is Remote, good group of people to work with and help is always available.
Cons
They seem to target older people and the older customers don't understand the way their membership works or that they will be automatically billed every year, not to mention the way they get people to buy expensive pieces of jewelry and do not back off even if customers are in a memory care facility.
