No bonus unless you finish 1 year. Which is rare. Many employees quit or get fired. I heard from my manager that all the offices in Texas did not make a profit in the last 2 years for a very basic reason, the managers hold shares in the company, so they can't get fired. And the only get one to none big project throughout the year, so usually they cover their failures on the engineers and technicians for the bad performance. In my 2 years of employment 90% of the people I worked with even get fired or quit
