Pros

Execs are all genuine people who seem to really truly care about every single person and the future of the company Bigger offices are amazing with good culture and I’m sure would probably pay people a decent rate Decent health insurance

Cons

No bonuses, no career growth if you aren’t an engineer No salary increase when moving to another location with a different market rate Middle Management is not great. No communication, no feedback, don’t really care about anything other than work and how much money they are making
