Very friendly atmosphere for interviewing. I was surprised at how relaxed my interviewing made me feel and I can only attribute it to the overall "feeling" I got when I went in for my interview. There is a sense I got from my interviewer that growth is in the future as well as potential for advancement. Being hired into a new position that was recently created I feel very fortunate that they are wiling to put their confidence into me to help establish this new position.
