Pros
The people I worked with were nice and I liked my manager. High chance for advancement because of high turnover.
Cons
Pay is really low. I have a BS in Chemistry and they were paying me 13.50. I asked for 14 and they said no. Pay raise is a miniscule percent per year barely enough to cover inflation. High turnover rate because everyone is underpaid. Point system so you can get fired if you come in one minute late for a handful of days.
