Absolutely abhorrent pay for the experience required. Yearly cost of living pay raise is always less than inflation increases. Upper management is completely useless and mostly there to oversee with no reliability for help. HR is useless when it comes to reporting issues and fixing things. Lab equipment is often faulty and out of date, often breaking down.
