Coworkers will be come like family members, there is no doubt you will connect with your coworkers & make life long friendships. This place place is a great opportunity to learn & i have learned a lot in the time I've been here.
Cons
Pay is below average & you are expected to do beyond your job description....most staff feels unappreciated, unnoticed /not valued employees. Communication is key in every aspect of life, and its failing this business.
