      Good people to work with.

      Cons

      Your work is appreciated, but you won't get any extra compensation for working extra hard. There are NO bonuses in the IT department and management is not flexible on the "home/work life" balance. Expect a 3-5% increase in salary if you're lucky for your increase of living at the end of the year.
