Pros
Working at Neptune Technology Group has been delightful. I have an exceptional team throughout the organization. Love the efforts they put in us to help us grow and develop our skills. Work and home life is extremely balanced due to the our considerate and accommodating management team. Who are beyond superb. I love the fact that our input matters whether in the office and in the field. I feel appreciated on a daily basis.
Cons
Well not really a downside because we have a decent amount of vacation days, but having birthday's off again would be nice. We've got free health and dental insurance so I will manage and take a vacation day.
